Cancellation Policy

Pearl Meet Policy: At Pearl Organisation, meeting requests submitted through our public website are processed through a structured scheduling system to ensure efficiency and availability. Once a meeting is booked, the details are automatically synchronized with our internal Systems for validation and confirmation. In case the selected time slot is already occupied or conflicts with existing schedules within the System, the meeting timing may be revised accordingly, and the updated schedule will be communicated to you via WhatsApp and Email. This meeting booking system is designed to serve both existing clients and prospective leads. For prospective leads, meetings may be scheduled without any cost as part of our initial consultation and business understanding process. For existing clients, meeting inclusions, frequency, and structure are governed by the respective Statement of Work (SoW) shared at the time of project initiation. Clients are advised to refer to their SoW for complete details regarding meeting allocations, durations, and applicable terms. All meetings are intended to facilitate effective communication, requirement clarity, and smooth project execution. To maintain scheduling discipline and ensure availability for all participants, any cancellation requests must be communicated at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled meeting time. Cancellation requests can be sent via email to cancel-meet@pearlorganisation.com OR can be cancelled from Pearl Client Workspace. By booking a meeting through our platform, you acknowledge and agree to this scheduling process, including the possibility of time adjustments based on system availability and internal coordination requirements.
